Sign in at /dashboard with the exact email you used at checkout. If you checked out as a guest, use that same email to sign in. There is no password: we send you a one time code. If it is still missing, email us your receipt and we will sort it out.
You do not need one. Enter your email on the sign in page and we send a secure link or code. That keeps your account safe without another password to remember.
Open your trip and share the invite link, or send pre paid claim links from your dashboard. Each traveler gets their own Passport and their own private layer for personal notes.
Yes. Add the portal to your phone home screen and it keeps working with your cached itinerary, bookings, packing list, and the map areas you have viewed when you have no signal. Live features like Otto and family GPS need a connection, and they pick right back up when you reconnect.
All Passport purchases are final, because a Passport unlocks the full portal the moment it is claimed. Nothing is wasted though: any seat you prepaid and have not assigned can be gifted to someone else with a free claim link, and extra seats never expire. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
If you added an optional subscription for live features, email us and we will cancel it for you right away. Your one time Passports stay yours.
